He got the nickname from a trip to Japan with his bros, where on a day-trip to the mountains Suwa (諏訪市), Chrysanthemum began performing some freak Shinto-magic-demonic-oujia-board-ahhhh ritual in the middle of the night, unleashing a spirit that nearly destroyed the entire the village!!! BUT in a heroic move, Chrysanthemum used the power of FamilyMart chicken and Oi Ocha to defeat the demon and send it into the depth of hell! (AKA Gunma Prefecture) He would be nicknamed "The Hero of Suwa" by locals...
Or, maybe they all got drunk at an Izakaya and his buds gave him the nickname "Suwa" to mock his crazyass story. Your call on which is canon. I'm writing this at 3AM so I'm not even sure myself.(In reality, I didn't know what to name him originally, but Suwa just sticked because, well, it just works!
